That about sums it up

Yesterday (Saturday), the whole family decided to come down to St. George with me. They like to do that as it gets warmer and warmer down there, but not warmer and warmer up here.

Unfortunately, as soon as they dropped me off at Tuacahn, Chloe threw up several times. (And you all know what that means for Bria....she freaked out. She has a serious case of emetophobia, just in case you actually don't know what this means for Bria.)

They still had a somewhat warmer day playing at the park, sort of. It wasn't as warm down there as it has been the last couple weeks. And then there was the vomiting issue.

So, the photo of the week is the view from the front seat as we drove up to our house. But they looked like this for most of the drive home, I just didn't have my camera. Sophia still doesn't feel great, Chloe obviously didn't, and I think Bria was just tired. Hopefully she isn't sick as well.

Oh, the myriad joys of winter.

ETA: Sophia threw up all night. This meant a 2:30 am complete change of the sheets on my bed. As soon as I send Bria to church with the neighbors, I'm going back to sleep.

  2. Ok, your header just made me excited more to have Charlie install PhotoShop in my laptop or the main computer! :-D

Awww... They all look so exhausted! Bless their little souls.

I wish you a healthy week...

  3. They look sweet, even if they did't feel that way. Not long ago my three girls looked like this in the van. Now one is at college and one is driving her own car. Where do those days go!

  4. Poor kiddos! I hope they feel better soon.

I know EXACTLY how Bria feels. I have had extreme emetoophobia since I was young like her. I hate it too, because when my kids get any kind of stomach bugs. . . well you can only imagine :) We'll just say nine out of ten times Mike has to stay home!

  6. I sadly admit that I think the photo is cute. I know you must have had a hard day, but look at Bria's glasses! They all look burned out. I remember those days when the kids always slept in the car. Now ipods have replaced sleep.

  7. I love pictures like this one! My sister is due with her first baby and she swears she will not clean vomit. I can't wait until she has too! I know I am mean! I would hate to be cold all of the time. I think I would be as big as the house if I lived in cold weather.

  21. Feel better soon! As for Bria and seeing you with Chloe, I think it gives her a definite idea of how badly you and their dad wanted them, and how much you sacrificed for them!

  23. So sorry! But glad to know that my Big Guy has emetophobia. He gets so worried over the possibility of throwing up, he throws up. Joy. And it's always someplace terribly inconvenient. Always.

  30. That's what I see every Sunday on the way to church! Except they're all on one row (Aaron's big carseat in the middle) and Evie always gives me her glasses before she falls asleep. And mine are almost never sick.

Hope they're doing better and that you got some sleep!
