Mom

Mamma Mia

This is my mom.

She is amazing and I miss her a lot.

Especially now that Joel is back to working full time and I never see him, either.

My kids miss her, too.

Sophia sobs for her every time she has to go to time out.  Which is a lot, if you know Sophia.  Bria and Chloe count down the days until her next visit (October 9!  And my dad is coming too!).

We love you, Mamah!

That is all.

Okay, so that isn't all.  Lacy, you win the copy of the book What We Have by Amy Boesky!  Congrats!  Email me your contact information and I'll have it sent to you ASAP.

  1. Our three year olds are on the same wavelength, I think. Mine misses grandma and "talks" to her on his toy phone all the time and every time I explain anything interesting that happens or will happen he says, "Yeah, and grandma's gonna come to our house!!!" So we're definitely feeling your pain over here. Moms are so necessary, aren't they? And beloved? So glad you get to see yours in just over a month! Glad AND jealous! :)

  5. How wonderful that they come all that way to see you so often. My parents live an hour away and I have to beg.

  12. I think I've seen her BYU Yoga show a few times. We just have rabbit ears, but there's a BYU station that has yoga in the morning. I didn't get a good enough look at the instructor to make sure though.
