This post was originally posted in October of 2007. I find it incredibly amusing that I get so many searches with some variation of "my key won't fit in the ignition." It certainly makes me feel a lot better about my own situation, and maybe it helped someone out there figure out why their key wasn't working. Or not.
If the key doesn't fit in the ignition, it's probably not your car.

Great post! Thanks for reposting it, I missed it the first time around since I was not yet part of this fabulous blogging world.
ReplyDeleteThat's pretty funny! I'm glad you're re-posting old stuff, they're fun to read!
ReplyDeleteThat is awesome!!!
ReplyDeleteHA HA! I think both of those stories are hilarious!
ReplyDeleteGood luck this week. Can't wait to see the finished costumes. I am sure they are AMAZING! I wish you were around to teach me how to sew. . .
I am so excited for Bria! I can't wait to see pictures of her special day!
I KNEW there was a reason I lock my car doors no matter where I go. That way, blonde moments like this won't happen!
ReplyDeleteLove it!
That's hilarious! As a blonde (a whitty one at that) I do stuff like that all the time... I always feel like an idiot at the time but it always makes for a good story later on.
ReplyDeleteHAHHAHAH!!! I've done that before, though admittedly not to that great extent, and I did it because I was rather distraught. I tried to open someone else's car door, tried to unlock it with my keys, then realized that I did not have a laptop in the front seat of MY car, so this must NOT be my car. :)
ReplyDeleteI almost did that one day. And then I realized what I was doing.
ReplyDeleteThis makes for a much better story, however.
WHOOHAHAHAAAAHAAAAAAHEEEEHEEEE!!!
ReplyDeleteFabulous.
Wow...I guess that could happen to anyone...or not. ;o)
ReplyDeleteScary thing--once someone in my family was actually able to UNLOCK a vehicle that wasn't theirs. It was the same make, model, and color. I don't think they were able to start it, but still a little scary.
ReplyDeleteAwe...Lara you so make me laugh just when i need a good laugh! Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteLove ya
