I love it too. I always wanted a red front door. Our door is plain old white. My house is a light purple color so I am playing with the idea of painting the door purple but then I'd also have to paint the front porch all white to make it look nice (it's natural, weathered wood right now. Then we'd also have to rebuild the front stairs(they look like temporary stairs right now, no risers) and paint them white as well. BIG project for a rental. Sigh……maybe in the spring.

Oh, I love, love, love it! I'm so glad you didn't replace the door with a new one. That door has so much character, and the red color makes it stand out. I love the painted numbers on the door too. Great job! laurie
