This will help you figure out which of the 4 types you are. You can then purchase the DYT course (usually around 99 dollars) and they will send you a color card and give you access to videos that help you to know what dressing the truth for your type entails. Things like which fabrics and lines to look for, etc. You can also go to YouTube and find lots and lots of videos that will give you great ideas for dressing your truth as well. I really like it, it has made a huge difference for me in how I feel in clothes! I have several friends who do it as well, and feel the same way.
