My husband is zero help, so it's been up to me. I grew up in a family that is the Big Fat Greek Wedding (at least we're similar), and I never really thought about what we did. We just did it. Anyway….we're slowly getting our traditions put together. We have our Christmas Eve as "Dinner in Zarahemla" full of good New Mexican foods — tamales, rice, beans, green chile casserole, biscohitos.
