					<description><![CDATA[I think the whole tradtitions part of Christmas is what stresses me out the most.  My husband is zero help, so it&#039;s been up to me.  I grew up in a family that is the Big Fat Greek Wedding (at least we&#039;re similar), and I never really thought about what we did.  We just did it.  Anyway....we&#039;re slowly getting our traditions put together.  We have our Christmas Eve as &#034;Dinner in Zarahemla&#034; full of good New Mexican foods -- tamales, rice, beans, green chile casserole, biscohitos.  ]]></description>
