Good question. It’s going to be up to personal preference and the size of the wreath form. That said, I like the tulle to be about six inches long around the wreath, so I cut my tulle to be 18 inches long. I suggest starting with that, and tying a sample piece of tulle onto the form to see if you like the length and adjust from there.
