It takes a few hours to set up, but after that I keep it refrigerated for several days if we don’t eat it all and it’s fine.

The dry erase markers allow for the face and numbers to show through pretty well, they aren’t very opaque at all.

They turned out great! It took longer than 20 minutes for them to pass the toothpick test, maybe because I did add blueberries.
